An Act relative to the compensation of certain state employees. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 29 of
the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after section 50 the following
section:—
Section 50A. Any employee who cannot for any reason join a collective
bargaining group upon here shall be linked to comparable unit contract and
entitled to, as a minimum, any contractual salary increases that the particular
union has negotiated.
