In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act providing veteran status to Mr. Gerald Micciche.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, Gerald Micciche of 145 Commercial Street in the city of Boston shall qualify as a veteran under the definition of that term in clause forty-third of section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws.
