An Act including fire protection work as a specification under the labor laws of the Commonwealth

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 44F of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in Line 12 the words “and (r)” and inserting in place thereof the following words "(r) fire protection; and (s)".
