An Act relative to the affordable housing trust fund in the Town of Provincetown

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The second sentence of Section 1 of Chapter 230 of the Acts of 2002 is hereby amended to read as follows: “Expenditures from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund shall be authorized by a majority vote of the Provincetown Community Housing Council.”

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
