 An Act relative to the board of public works in the Town of Whitman

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of chapter 9 of the acts of 1948 is hereby amended by striking out in line 3 the words “a competent civil engineer being”

 

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect as of July 1, 2007.

 

SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
