An Act authorizing the city of Gardner to purchase land in the town of Winchendon

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The city of Gardner may purchase a certain parcel of land located in the town of Winchendon from the JAB Realty Trust.  Said parcel is shown as Parcel F on a plan of land entitled “Plan of Land Located in Gardner MA and Winchendon MA owned by Century Way Development Corp.” dated October 12, 1988 and revised October 2, 1989 drawn by Bradford Engineering Co. recorded in the Worcester district registry of deeds Plan Book 630 Plan 37.

SECTION 2.  The consideration for the conveyance authorized by section 1 shall be $99,000.

SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
