 An Act adding drug dealing to the list of enumerated offenses requiring a dangerousness hearing.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Section 58A of chapter two hundred seventy-six of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end of subsection 1 the following:             

“, or arrested and charged with a violation of sections thirty-two, thirty-two A, thirty-two B, thirty-two C, thirty-two D or thirty-two E of chapter ninety-four C.
