In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the retirement allowance of a certain teacher of the city of Everett.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the State Teachers Retirement Board shall calculate the retirement allowance of Ralph Cecere, a retired teacher of the City of Everett School Department, by taking into consideration the stipend he received as placement counselor as a part of his regular compensation.  Such calculation shall be retroactive to the date of his retirement.
