An Act regarding the Ipswich Affordable Housing Trust Fund

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 145 of the acts of 2004 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2.  The Ipswich Affordable Housing Trust Fund established pursuant to section 55C of chapter 44 of the General Laws shall assume all contracts and liabilities of the Trust Fund established pursuant to chapter 145 of the acts of 2004 and all its funds, real and personal property and other assets.

SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
