An Act Relative to certain disability retirement for Thomas Kamataris

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the town of Leominster retirement board shall retire Thomas Kamataris under the terms and conditions of ordinary disability pursuant to paragraph (b) of subdivision (2) of section 6 of chapter 32 of the General Laws,

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage
