An Act to improve juror service

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 4 of chapter 234A is hereby amended, in line 1, by striking out the following:- “As of the date of receipt of the juror summons,”

SECTION 2.  Said section 4 of chapter 234A is hereby further amended, in like 52, by striking out the word “calendar”.

SECTION 3.  Section 16 of said chapter 234A is hereby amended, in line 16, by striking out the word “calendar”.
