An Act relative to town employees of West Tisbury

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The town of West Tisbury shall be deemed to have accepted the provisions of section 10 of chapter 32B of the General Laws as of May 21, 1974, authorizing the town to provide a plan of group health and other insurance to persons in service of the town, and all actions taken pursuant thereto are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
