An Act to authorize the town of Tewksbury to lease land originally conveyed for cemetery and recreation purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Tewksbury is authorized to lease, for a period of 50 years, the land identified on town assessor’s map 62, lot 19, conveyed to the town originally for cemetery and recreation purposes, and containing approximately 10 acres, for cemetery or recreation purposes, in accordance with the terms of chapter 251 of the acts of 2002.
