An Act authorizing superannuation retirement for Leo Senecal

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 15 of chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, upon his termination as an employee of the City of North Adams and application to the North Adams Retirement Board for superannuation retirement, Mr. Leo Senecal shall be eligible to receive such allowance, provided that the remaining provisions of said chapter 32 shall apply.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
