IN THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND SEVEN.

An Act  RELATIVE TO THE SHARING OF INFORMATION BY THE DIVISION OF UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE.

   Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to forthwith permit the Division of Unemployment Compensation to share certain information, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Subsection (c) of section 46 of chapter 151A of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following clause:-

(7)  to the division of health care finance and policy, an interagency agreement for the administration and enforcement of sections 6B, 6C and 18B of chapter 118G and for the administration of the fair share employer contribution requirement under section 188 of chapter 149.
