 An Act RELATIVE TO GARAGES IN THE FIRST FIRE ZONE OF THE CITY OF BOSTON.

 

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Amendment
Section 3 of chapter 577 of the Acts of 1913 as amended by chapter 316 of the Acts of 1922 as further amended by chapter 161 of the Acts of 1959, and as further amended by chapter 178 of the Acts of 1961 is hereby amended by striking the words “in effect prior to the amendment of said section by chapter four of the Ordinances of 1913” and replacing them with “that section was amended by chapter four of the Ordinances of 1913”.  
 
SECTION 2.  Implementation
The provisions of this act shall be effective immediately upon passage.
