An Act relative to the development of certain town land in the town of Chatham

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Any and all construction under taken at the National Registry Property known as the Marconi RCA Wireless Receiving Station in the town of Chatham shall be exempt from section 38K of chapter 7 and chapter 149 of the General Laws.  Said land is shown as parcel 11J-7 on assessors maps 10J and 11J.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
