In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act Relative to An Additional Liquor License in the City of Salem

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the licensing authority of the City of Salem may issue an annual full time license for the sale of all alcohol beverages to be drunk on the premises under section 12 of said Chapter 138 to New Boston Ventures, LLC for a restaurant to be located at 50 St. Peter Street in Salem, Massachusetts.  The license shall be subject to said Chamber 138, except section 17; provided however, that the licensing authority shall not approve the transfer of the license to any location other than 50 St. Peter Street in Salem, Massachuetts.

 

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
