In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act exempting certain positions in the town of Hull from the civil service law

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  All positions in the Department of public works in the town of Hull shall be exempt from chapter 31 of the General Laws.

 

SECTION 2.  Section 1 shall not impair the civil service status of any person holding a position in the department of public works on the effective date of this act.

 

SECTION 3.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
