 An Act relative to plastics manufacturing in the Commonwealth.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

 

 

 

 

 

Section 1. Section 320 of chapter 94 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out, in line 15, the words “three years” and inserting in place thereof the following:-

 

120 days

 

 

 

Section 2. Said section 320 of said chapter 94, as so appearing, is further amended by striking out, in line 28, the words “one hundred twenty” and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Section 3. Said section 320 of said chapter 94, as so appearing, is further amended by inserting, in line 33, after the word “destroy,” the following:-
