An Act relative to patient access information

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 5 of Chapter 112 is hereby amended by adding at the end of line 34, after the words “shall be available for dissemination to the public”, the following: “and said profiles shall be sent to all patients of the licensee.”
