An Act Relative to the Land Acquisition and Maintenace Fund of the Town of Eastham

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 440 of the acts of 1998 is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:

                Expenditures from the fund may be made upon a majority vote of the board of selectmen, provided, however expenditures for the acquisition of land shall be made by a 2/3 vote of an annual or special town meeting.
