In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act Authorizing the Town of Harwich to Acquire Certain Real Property

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Harwich, acting by and through its board of selectmen may acquire by gift conveyance purchase or eminent domain a certain parcel of land in the town for cemetery purposes.  Said parcel is shown in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in plan Book 447 page 67.

 

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
