 An Act relative to the South Essex Sewerage District

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE SOUTH ESSEX SEWERAGE DISTRICT

 

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

 

 

SECTION 1. The second paragraph of section 2 of chapter 339 of the acts of 1925, as appearing in chapter 170 of the acts of 1985, is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:

 

                The city engineer of the city of Salem, the director of public services of the city of Peabody and the director of engineering of the city of Beverly shall be members of said board.

 

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
