An Act relative to conservation restrictions on certain parcels of land under the control of the town of Edgartown. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The conservation restriction held by the Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank on land owned by the town of Edgartown known as the Pennywise Preserve property may be amended as follows:
a. allow for a road along the southern boundary, connecting to Metcalf drive, serving as an access road for an affordable rental housing project.
b. allow for a portion of the northern corner to be used for the affordable rental housing project. And
c. allow for a frost pocket and connecting land to be added to the Conservation Restriction.
SECTION 2. The conservation restriction held by the town of Edgartown on the property of the LSV Realty Trust d/b/a Vineyard Gold Club may be amended to allow for a road crossing from Metcalf drive to a proposed access road for an affordable rental housing project and other adjustments.
