Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the
same, as follows:
Section 16 of Chapter 130 of the Acts of 2005 is hereby amended by striking out in the first sentence the words “or Operation Noble Eagle” and inserting in place the following:-
Operation Noble Eagle, Massachusetts national guard members activated under Title 32 for more than 30 consecutive days in support of contingency emergency operations related to Operation Noble Eagle, or Massachusetts national guard members activated for state active duty for more than 30 consecutive days in support of contingency emergency operations related to Operation Noble Eagle..
