In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to the adjusted pension and retirement allowances of Joseph Annello, retired Malden fire fighter.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding the provisions of any law to the contrary, amounts paid as alimony by Joseph Annello, retired from the Malden Fire Department under section 7 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, shall be excluded from the computation of earnings allowed under section 91A of said chapter 32.

 

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
