An Act relative to the local taxation of certain real estate.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

                Section 2D of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 37, the words “real estate” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-  buildings on a parcel of real property or improvements on a parcel of real property.
