An Act relative to a parcel of land in the town of Tewksbury |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The land conveyed to the town of Tewksbury pursuant to chapter 564 of the acts of 1956 may be sold and conveyed by the town by a deed that will include a deed restriction granting an easement in perpetuity to the Tewksbury Housing Authority at no cost, not including any wetlands, to pass and re-pass by vehicular traffic and creating and reserving 20 parking spaces at the rear of the parcel, which shall not include wetlands and shall be buildable and suitable for parking spaces, to be built by the new owner for residents of the Authority’s Carnation Drive housing site with an adequate buffer between the parking area and adjacent property. Said parking area shall be maintained by the Authority.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
