 An Act relative to the town of Somerset

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of chapter 7 of the acts of 1984 is hereby amended by striking out the last sentence containing the words, “The person appointed to the position of administrator shall be or become, and remain as, resident of and domiciled in the town at the time of or within six months after his appointment”.

 

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
