An Act relative to concurrent jurisdiction over the former devens military base.

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of chapter 481 of the acts of 2004 is hereby by amended by striking in line 3 out the words “town of Harvard”, and inserting in place thereof the following:— towns of Harvard and Ayer.

SECTION 2.  Section 2 of said chapter 481 is hereby amended by striking out in line 3 the words: “section 255” and inserting in place thereof the following:— section 3112
