An Act exempting the school custodians in the town of South Hadley from the civil service law.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The position of school custodian in the town of South Hadley shall be exempt from Chapter 31 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition.

SECTION 2.  Section 1 shall not impair the civil service status of any incumbent holding the position of school custodian in the Town of South Hadley on the effective day of this act.
