An Act Relative to A Land Conveyance in the Town of Westford

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The board of selectmen of the town of Westford is hereby authorized to transfer the care, custody and control of a parcel of land to the Conservation Commission.  The property is known as East Boston Camps, located off Depot street in the town and is comprised of approximately 287 acres. It is shown as parcel 37 on the Westford Assessors Map 31 and parcel 32-4 on Assessors Map 35.

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
