 An Act relative to elections in the town of Braintree

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Subsection (a) of section 7-3 of chapter 189 of the acts of 2005 is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

 

                (iv) For the office of electric light board, library trustee or housing authority not less than 50 signatures town wide.
