In the Year Two Thousand and Eight.

——————

 

 An Act conveying land from the town of Plainfield to the Plainfield Congregational Church.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.           Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Plainfield, acting through its board of selectmen, may convey to the Plainfield Congregational Church, Inc., for no consideration, certain land consisting of approximately 15,300 square feet, as shown on a plan entitled “Plan of Land in Plainfield, Massachusetts, Prepared for Plainfield Congregational Church, Inc.,” dated July 8, 2004, and recorded on August 8, 2005, in plan book 206 at page 88 in the Hampshire county registry of deeds.

 

SECTION 2.           The easements, conditions and restrictions that were voted at the special town meeting on August 17, 2005, shall be included in the deed.

 

SECTION 3.           This act shall take effect upon its passage.
