 An Act Providing for the Conveyance of Certain Land by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the Town of Canton.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

An Act Providing for the Conveyance of Certain Land by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the Town of Canton.

 

                Section 1.  The Secretary of Administration and Finance is hereby authorized and directed to designate any property bordering or abutting Route I-95 or Dedham Street, in the Town of Canton taken in behalf of the Commonwealth by eminent domain, to be used exclusively for social, civic or recreational purposes.
