An Act Relative to the I 93 and I 95 Interchange Project.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

An Act Relative to the I-93/I-95 Interchange Project.

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Highway Department shall not issue any permit or other approval in connection with any project that has been reviewed under the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act as project number 13826 until such time as the department has completed its preliminary design and review under the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act of the I-93/I-95 Interchange Project in Canton, Dedham and Westwood, so-called.
