An Act relative to vacancies in certain elected offices in the town of Braintree

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The second paragraph of subsection (g) of section 7-12 of Chapter 189 of the acts of 2005 is hereby, amended by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:-

                Vacancies in any other office shall be filled under section 2-11, section 4-6 and section 7-13.
