 An Act relative to certain property in the town of Cilmark

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

“to authorize the board of Selectmen of the town of Chilmark to convey a parcel of land approximately three acres more or less located at 21 Sarah Brown Lane, Chilmark, to Howard B. Hillman, in exchange for a portion of certain parcels of land owned by the said Howard B. Hillman shown as parcels 45 and 46 on Chilmark Assessor's map 11,  said portions comprising approximately four acres more or less, as set forth in an Agreement dated October 1, 2007 between the town of Chilmark Board of Selectmen, the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank Commission, and Howard B. Hillman.”
