An Act relative to certain licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises in the town of Hingham. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The licensing authority of the town of Hingham shall not approve the transfer of the license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises held by the South Shore Catering Croup at 274 South Street to any other location.
SECTION 2. Section 1 of chapter 345 of the acts of 2004 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “premises” in line 4 the following: — at 300 Linden Ponds Way.
SECTION 3. Said section of said chapter 345 is hereby further amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence: — The licensing authority shall not approve the transfer of the license to any other location.
