 An Act DESIGNATING A BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF GRAFTON AS THE PRIVATE WALTER ERMAK BRIDGE.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.

 

 

The bridge G-08-012 on Depot Street, South Grafton, covering the Providence and Worcester Rail Road in the town of Grafton shall be designated and known as the Private Walter Ermak Bridge, in honor of United States Army Private Walter Ermak, who served in the Armed Forces from June 21, 1918 thru December 7, 1918. The department of highways shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
