An Act directing the division of capital asset management and maintenance to conduct a certain study.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the
same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance shall conduct a study, including cost estimates, for feasibility of converting the so-called “Personnel” building at the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital into a life care center for long-term elderly care. Such study shall be completed with findings and recommendations submitted to the secretary of administration and the house and senate committees on ways and means within 6 months of the effective date of this act.
