An Act Relative to Disability Retirement Benefits for Stephen W. Heald Jr. an Employee of the Department of Youth Services.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding Chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the State Board of Retirement shall include all overtime wages for the purpose of determining a retirement allowance for Stephen W. Heald Jr., an employee of the Department of Youth Services and resident of Danvers, Massachusetts.
