An Act to provide employees at state and community colleges holding special state police officer powers with line of duty death benefits. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the
same, as follows:
Section 100A of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “police officer”, in lines 17, 25 and 26 to 27, inclusive, the following words:- “employees at state and community colleges holding special state police officer powers,
