Resolve reviving and continuing the special commission on middle education in the commonwealth. |
Resolved, That
the special commission established pursuant to section 363 of chapter 149 of
the acts of 2004 relative to providing for an investigation and study of middle
level education in the commonwealth, is hereby revived and continued; and be it
further
Resolved, That said section 363 of said chapter 149 is hereby further amended by striking out the last paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-
Said Commission shall submit its final report and recommendations together with legislation, if any, to the clerks of the senate and house of representatives, and to the joint committee on education no later than December 31, 2008.
