In the Year Two Thousand and Eight.

 An Act to permit the appointment of Darryl Sencabaugh for the position of fire fighter in the town of Wilmington pending the civil service exam

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law, rules or regulation to the contrary, the personnel administrator of the human resources division shall examine and certify Darryl Sencabaugh for appointment as a police officer in the town of Wilmington notwithstanding that he has attained the maximum age for the position if he fulfills all other requirements for certification and appointment, he shall be eligible for certification and appointment to the fire department of the town of Wilmington subject to the appointment of the appointing authority.

 

SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon it passage.
