 An Act ESTABLISHING A SICK LEAVE BANK FOR SHANNON CROUSE, AN EMPLOYEE OF  THE DISTRICT COURT OF SOUTHERN BERKSHIRE

 

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the district court shall establish a sick leave bank for Shannon Crouse, an employee of the district court.  Any employee of said district court may voluntarily contribute one or more of his sick, personal or vacation days to said sick leave bank for use by said Shannon Crouse.  Upon such time as said Shannon Crouse terminates with said department of the district court or requests to dissolve said sick leave bank, the balance of sick leave shall be transferred to the department of the district court paid leave bank.
