Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the
same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of Section 24 of Chapter 90, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 469-470, the words “at the time of the alleged offense”, and inserting in place thereof the following words:— “within 2 hours of the alleged offense”.
