An Act DESIGNATING A CERTAIN INTERCHANGE IN THE TOWN OF YARMOUTH AS THE STATE TROOPER ELLEN ENGELHARDT INTERCHANGE

                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.   The interchange of state route 6 westbound with Willow street in the town of Yarmouth shall be designated and known as the State Trooper Ellen Engelhardt Interchange, in recognition of the services of State Trooper Ellen Engelhardt who was severely injured in the line of duty.  The department of highways shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing said designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
