An Act relative to certain motor vehicle homicides

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 74 of chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “degree” in line 15 the following:-  or vehicular homicide under subsection (a) and (b) of section 24G of chapter 90.
